Freeling Welcoming Four New Families a Week

Thursday, June 23, 2011

The historic South Australian township of Freeling - home to LANSER Communities’ award-winning Freeling Estate - is experiencing remarkable growth despite a general downturn in the property market.

The local post office is reporting that at least four new families are moving into the town every week, adding to Freeling’s vibrant and close-knit community.

Jeff Lind, a Sales Consultant at Elders in Gawler, says “The simple story behind the success at Freeling has been that people are looking to bring young families into a community. With bigger backyards and better lifestyle choices, Freeling Estate offers buyers a safe environment where children are free to walk to the shops, and parents can enrol their children in a local school where every teacher knows their name.”

The Pines, LANSER’s latest land release adjacent to the Freeling Oval, has generated unprecedented interest and construction is nearing completion on site.

Freeling Estate has also been chosen as the 2011 Channel 9 Telethon Distinctive Home and Land Lottery which Jason Green, LANSER’s Managing Director, expects to attract even more expectant buyers to the township.

Green says “With Freeling Estate, we had a vision to create an esteemed and enviable development, combining both rural charm and a sense of community. It is very gratifying to see our vision come to life.”
